Inzovu Meritage

Inzovu is the Rwandan word for elephant. We combined a beautiful Rwandan coffee and all its zippy acidity with a heavy bodied, earthy Indonesian. The balance is perfect with deep and weighty earth tones and just a hint of smoke. The aftertaste leaves a fascinating bacon-fat sensation in the jowl.
